Sejual has been running Stress Management with EFT workshops for The Watford Women's Centre over the past 2 years. The benefit to the Centre has been that we are able to offer this activity to small groups of women at no cost to them and enhance our programme of personal development and leisure activities. The flexible and inclusive way that Sejual works means that the sessions are suitable for women new to using her techniques as well as practice for those who have attended before. From evaluation forms collected after sessions, all women were either 'very satisfied' or 'satisfied' with the tutor, content and handouts. Many said they would recommend it to friends and that it improved motivation and confidence. Some quotes recorded from attendees are: 'tutor excellent', 'course is fantastic', 'interesting', 'helpful', and 'very good'.

I was really struggling with EFT on my own and was close to quitting. But I took the step of having a session (two now) with Sejual. Her fluid style and depth of experience turned my understanding of EFT around. She helped me get big results in a short space a time and encouraged me with being able to tap by myself.

Having read Gary Craig's EFT manual, I first went to see Sejual to get some help with clearing a couple of minor issues. Or so I thought! Under her expert guidance, a whole load of emotional and mental baggage was unearthed and then cleared, leaving me feeling much more positive about the future. Sejual has the ability to go straight to the core of what often appears to be a complex and unintelligable problem. She also has a number of useful tools at her disposal, meaning that she is never at a loss for how to deal with an issue.

I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and as many women in the early part of pregnancy, I was feeling anxious about many different things. Having a c-section with my first pregnancy I was apprehensive about how I would cope with being pregnant and looking after a toddler, would I have energy for my daughter as well as myself and would I be sending my unborn child the healthy messages I wanted it to receive from it's mother. My husband introduced me to Sejual who has helped me dissolve all of these issues and has shown me some absolutely amazing results within myself that I never thought to be able to feel or to pass down to my unborn child.
Through working with Sejual have I realised the effect of EFT during pregnancy and the benefits of being able to use EFT at any given point to send this unconditional love to my unborn. I am sincerely looking forward to maintaining this technique throughout the rest of the pregnancy as well as working with Sejual towards the time of labour. These sessions really have benefitted me in many ways.

Thank you so much Sejual. I have been suffering from extremely sore knees for many years. Despite being physically fit, I was unable to run for more than 10 minutes without having to stop as my knees would start to throb. I approached my Reiki session with the level of cynicism that I approach all things and was not expecting much. How wrong I was. After only 2 sessions I was able to run 5km with no pain and am absolutely thrilled. I have also found the Reiki I have had with Sejual so relaxing and I feel it has improved my general well being, as well as specifically my knees. I'm extremely grateful to Sejual and am definitely a Reiki convert!

Thank you so very much for the help you gave me last year to overcome my paralytic fear of public speaking.
Since presenting the workshop last October, I have done one on my own with 17 attendees and yesterday I did one in front of 27 people. It went so well yesterday that I have now reached the point where I don't care if there are 10 or 100 attendees. I am on a very high vibration and you have played a major part in this. I am truly greatful for all your support and encouragement to enable me to move on.

I had problems with my mother-in-law. In India we have to live with in-laws and it was completely impossible for me to live with her. Even after living apart from her she was just name of torture for me. During my two pregnancy I suffered too much mental pressure due to her. Too much anger and hatred feelings for her and it has made me suffer severe gall bladder problem. We (me,my husband,my little daughter) suffered lot and even though they supported me in that tough time my relationship with my husband was spoiling. Gall bladder pain I was facing once a week and everytime it was very painful. Then through my friend Joe I come to know Sejual and she tought me EFT tapping and she helped me undertstand the reason behind my MiL's behaviour. Since then it's a miracle that I faced gall bladder pain only once in this last year. Today my relation with my mil is normal. Sometimes still I feel anger at her but then I laugh about it and can forget it easily. This was impossible earlier. I've never met Sejual in person, only chatted via Skype. But she has helped me a lot to overcome biggest problems of my life. Today, she helps me controlling my temper with my children (parenting is toughest job!) and whenever I feel emotional distress, with EFT and reiki. She is special to me. Thanks a lot Sejual!
