When life throws lots at us, we can get caught in endless doing. That can lead to depleted energy, even burn out. In this video I share a strategy of the value of Being in a restorative activity that replenishes your energy. That then enables you to go back out and continue with the next demanding issue.

We start to bring some calm. As you lower your stress levels you can set them aside for a while, enough to sleep better. When we are caught in fear and worry it's hard to do anything but see the problem. As we calm down our nervous system response we allow our body to relax, and so our thinking can be more creative. From there you can start looking for helpful solutions.
