Sejual has been running Stress Management with EFT workshops for The Watford Women's Centre over the past 2 years. The benefit to the Centre has been that we are able to offer this activity to small groups of women at no cost to them and enhance our programme of personal development and leisure activities. The flexible and inclusive way that Sejual works means that the sessions are suitable for women new to using her techniques as well as practice for those who have attended before. From evaluation forms collected after sessions, all women were either 'very satisfied' or 'satisfied' with the tutor, content and handouts. Many said they would recommend it to friends and that it improved motivation and confidence. Some quotes recorded from attendees are: 'tutor excellent', 'course is fantastic', 'interesting', 'helpful', and 'very good'.
