I have used Sejual on 2 occasions to speak at Viva Business Networking events. She recently ran a workshop for one of my events, co-hosted with Enterprising Women on how to overcome nerves when speaking in public using EFT techniques, she also covered tips on structuring a one minute presentation. This was delivered exceptionally well and was enjoyed by all who attended. There were also a number of people who felt they gained some great tips on overcoming nerves. Sejual is an excellent speaker and trainer and I would highly reccommend her. She is also very calm and organised!

After 4 Reiki sessions with Sejual the very painful diagnosis of PCOS I had been suffering with for 10 years was impossible to locate on a hospital scan...the nurse said it's as if it has actually disappeared. Thank you Sejual for everything

I am not ashamed to say that my corporate career has largely been defined by my inability and lack of desire to participate in public speaking and presenting. Seated at a table of 50 I would have no issues, but ask me to stand in front of 2 and, in the past, I would have needed oxygen support! Of course I've been on all of the traditional presentation courses, but sadly to no avail!

I now work for myself as a marketing consultant and very quickly recognised the value of networking and therefore wished to actively participate in the meetings as much as I could in order to promote both myself and my business. I was also given opportunity to present at a training workshop on social media with Dot Future, previously a task which would have filled me with complete fear and dread and I would probably have declined!

I met Sejual at one of the Viva Networking meetings in Berkhamsted and very much warmed to her personality and the EFT technique. It was an easy decision to make an appointment and I am still astonished that it only took 2 sessions with Sejual for her to 'cure' me of my fears. As a result I have been able to seek out further opportunities for presentations and talks and find I thoroughly enjoy the experience, and I believe its helped with my overall self-confidence too. I have no hesitation in recommending Sejual and EFT and would actively encourage anyone to go and see her who suffers from any similar fears.

As a self-employed Therapist and Trainer, struggling to earn well, I was puzzled for years by my strange relationship with money. I seemed to attract clients who were �poor'. The women found it particularly hard to invest in themselves, as if they felt they were second-class or didn't deserve my services. Worse still, the moment my income would rise I couldn't hold on to the money, and felt impelled to let it go! In the days preceding our session I experienced an acute awareness of my tribal history, going back generations in Ireland. I connected with a Vow of Poverty taken when I was young.

Business Energetics definitely changed that image of who my ideal client is I think, feel and speak differently to potential clients now. I can assess more quickly who wants to work with me. The vow of poverty has been released. When visualising my schedule for the coming year, it's exciting to believe in earning and owning a healthy bank balance. I definitely arrived at gaining useful insights thanks to Business Energetics. Sejual made it a gently empowering experience.

I went to Sejual as I could not bear the smell of tea and tasting it would make me physically sick. I wanted to free myself from this, and so asked Sejual for help using EFT. After a 90 minute treatment, she gave me a cup with a teabag in and I could hold it close to my nose. This was unheard of in over 40 years. There were emotional issues underlying my problem from when I was 11 which EFT dealt with, although on a conscious level I did not know they were there.

Today, a year on from the session, I am sitting with a cup of green tea with lemon and enjoying it. It goes to show how lasting my solution has been and it's gotten better without any further tapping.

I decided to see Sejual for EFT when I started suffering from a tight chest and acid reflux problems. I was aware of the medication that I could take for treating the acid reflux. However, I was also aware that the medication in my case, would only treat my symptoms and not the cause. I had been under a huge amount of stress for a considerable length of time whilst caring for my daughter who had been diagnosed with ME and I also knew that many physical conditions were capable of manifesting themselves in the body as a result of large periods of stress and anxiety. I felt that I needed some help to address some of these issues so I was then in a much better position to care for my daughter.

After just a few sessions of EFT my acid reflux symptoms stopped. The tight chest symptoms took a little longer to go away but have greatly eased and I am back to doing 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at the gym. Sejual is a highly talented and perceptive therapist. She has an amazing way with words and can pinpoint emotional issues with great accuracy. Sejual empowered me with strategies to help ease my stress and anxiety as a result of caring for my sick daughter. I am now in a much positive space and my daughter has recently returned to full time education after three years.

Also as a result of my experience with Sejual, I have just completed my Level 1 Reiki Training weekend which was both insightful and relaxing. I feel that my journey of self development is evolving.

I am very grateful to Sejual for her unique approach. She has given me a totally positive and uplifting perspective on many issues which I will be carrying through different areas of my life.

I had had a driving licence since the age of twenty one but never felt comfortable. Feeling desperate thought sceptical I tried EFT with Sejual. With hindsight I now know it was the very best investment in myself I could have made.

I found Sejual to be a very pleasant young woman who immediately put me at my ease. It was clear to me she is highly intelligent, intuitive and wise beyond her years. Her listening skills are excellent and her attention is very focused. She's able to pull together elusive and obscure strands of conflict in a problem for their resolution and healing.

From my first session I witnessed my deep seated fears loosen their grip on me, disintegrate and dissolve into thin air. I now have a sense of achievement when I drive my car as I feel I belong on the road!

Sejual Shah provided a week long series of Time and Stress Management workshops with EFT under an EU Twinning Phare project at the Romanian Competition Council. During the week she also ran one to one clinics for staff to help them with practical problem solving. She was professional, engaging in her style of presentation, and taught effective cutting edge tools to groups that included high ranking directors. Staff commented that they were surprised and delighted at how practical the workshops were.

Sejual balanced her presentations, mixing theory with results-oriented work so that staff have a self help technique they can use to improve their performance. This results-focused approach to training is what workplaces have been seeking for many years. Sejual's commitment to provide ongoing support to staff demonstrates her desire and ability to help people make more of their careers.

I look forward to involving Sejual on future projects as I think this type of training has the ability to transform workplaces and make them more effective and enjoyable places to be.
