I decided to see Sejual for EFT when I started suffering from a tight chest and acid reflux problems. I was aware of the medication that I could take for treating the acid reflux. However, I was also aware that the medication in my case, would only treat my symptoms and not the cause. I had been under a huge amount of stress for a considerable length of time whilst caring for my daughter who had been diagnosed with ME and I also knew that many physical conditions were capable of manifesting themselves in the body as a result of large periods of stress and anxiety. I felt that I needed some help to address some of these issues so I was then in a much better position to care for my daughter.

After just a few sessions of EFT my acid reflux symptoms stopped. The tight chest symptoms took a little longer to go away but have greatly eased and I am back to doing 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at the gym. Sejual is a highly talented and perceptive therapist. She has an amazing way with words and can pinpoint emotional issues with great accuracy. Sejual empowered me with strategies to help ease my stress and anxiety as a result of caring for my sick daughter. I am now in a much positive space and my daughter has recently returned to full time education after three years.

Also as a result of my experience with Sejual, I have just completed my Level 1 Reiki Training weekend which was both insightful and relaxing. I feel that my journey of self development is evolving.

I am very grateful to Sejual for her unique approach. She has given me a totally positive and uplifting perspective on many issues which I will be carrying through different areas of my life.
