Why clear the negative emotions?

A question my clients often ask me is why bother resolving particular negative emotions? They've been living with many of these feelings for years so why bother changing them. It's not been a comfortable ride can't they just carry on stuffing them away in the lockers and hidden compartments in their minds. What's the harm in that?

Scientific research into hands on healing

Ever been asked a question by a friend about what's the evidence to Reiki or hands on healing working? Science is catching up. In a paper published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine (April 1, 2008, 14(3): 233-239. doi:10.1089/acm.2007.7163) a team from the University of Connecticut found that human cells in a petri dish grew significantly when given Touch for Health healing by practitioners than by students attempting to give healing with no prior knowledge and with a control sample.
