EFT for aligning with success

This month's article is about how aligning your thoughts with success can not only help you achieve your goal but also do it with less fuss by using an intelligent approach. Tap through the wording below to help you align with suceeding in one of your current goals.

While tapping the karate chop spot on either hand, repeat these phrases out loud, or change the words to fit your exact situation.

"Even though I keep tripping up on my way to my goal, I choose to love and accept myself in spite of it all"

"Even though the threads to this project seem to have a mind of their own and spiral out of control, I choose to align myself with love and self-accept as that's something I can get right"

"Even though I'm tired of these never-ending setbacks that make hard work of my goal achieving, I love and accept myself"

I have indicated where to tap while saying each of the phrases below. You may repeat this round more than once if you wish.  

***These phrases focus on tapping out the problem***

1st Round

Head: "I have this regular problem "

Eyebrow: "These obstacles come from out of nowhere "

Side of Eye: "I've planned my work really well on this, or so I thought "

Under Eye: "And then something comes out of the woodwork to knock me back "

Nose: "Is this the best way for me to achieve my goal? "

Chin: "I'm left feeling stressed and inadequate "

Collarbone: "I thought working hard at something would deliver me satisfaction and results "

Under Arm: "But the headaches still come up "

Ribs: "I don't want it to be this way "

Tap on specific negative elements to the event or situation that stand out in your mind. Use language that captures exactly how you feel. The more honest you are with yourself whilst tapping, the more freedom you will achieve.

***These phrases bring in a positive focus on the solution***

Head: "I want my goal-achieving to be less stressful "

Eyebrow: "I want to feel calm as I go about my work "

Side of Eye: "It's a nice possibility to contemplate that the flare ups can be few and far between "

Under Eye: "And that comes from having calmed myself about all of this "

Nose: "It's a nice thought that I'm moving towards success so that it's only the ocassional hiccough I experience "

Chin: "I feel like I'm gaining clarity "

Collarbone: "And that helps in finding my way towards success "

Under Arm: "After all if I can handle this problem intelligently "

Ribs: "Then I'm using my resources wisely, and that's got to be a good thing "
