Sejual's Corner - April 2008

In recent weeks I've worked with two techniques in order to learn to surrender more easily to the highest outcome available to me.

I have been working with Tapas Accupressure Technique (TAT) which is a meridian-based energy therapy. It is often described as the feminine ying to the masculine yang of EFT, as it is a more meditative practice, i.e. we don't tap! It has the potential to provide wonderful "meaty" energy shifts. I'll be adding it to the list of therapies on offer at Healthy in Mind. The power of working with this technique has come from joining intention with others around the world and working on issues in common, even where the details are different. It goes to show that many hands make light work.

Secondly I've been doing 'cleaning' in the style of Ho'oponopono, a form of Hawaiian Kahuna healing that led to 30 inmates at Hawaii's State Mental Hospital between 1984 to 1987 improving in dramatic and unheard of ways. The full story of how one logially-trained PhD psychologist improved conditions in a violent and distressing mental illness unit around can be read in this short article by Joe Vitale.

Repeatedly saying the following 4 simple phrases 'I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.' to the divine has so far allowed me to help a friend who at one point was fearing for his job and under massive stress at work for a fortnight, and to help keep another friend safe whilst dealing with a dangerous person. I'll continue working with Ho'oponopono to gain further personal evidence of its effectiveness.

Oh, and I'm gearing up to move house!
