Sejual's Corner - Sept 2007

I had great fun in visiting Devon a couple of weeks ago for some holiday time.  Our favourite place to visit was The Lost Gardens of Heligan.  Heligan was a disused and wildly overgrown Victorian estate.  A team, including the Tim Smit of The Eden Project fame, started restoration in the 1990s.  The end result is an enchanting wonderland that held so many surprises.  There was a luscious luxurious vegetable garden that had me drooling at the mouth.  I was amazed to see that old Victorian greenhouses had been restored to grow pineapples whilst kept warm with manure!  The best bit was stumbling upon what is possibly the largest Californian Redwood in Europe.

You’ve probably noticed a new section to the Ezine.  I’ve now included EFT Setups – a different theme every month.  I want the ezine to be as practically helpful as possible, and feedback from you suggested that you’d like to be able to do more EFT at home.  I’ll include an audio meditation from time to time when inspiration strikes.

If you’ve not already booked your ticket, I hope you’ll come along to an Attracting Abundance with EFT evening I’m holding with fellow EFT practitioner Judith Maag on 4 October.  We’ve been planning this event for 4 months and we are unbelievably excited about the content!  We wanted to make the evening practically useful and so have included several exercises that we’ll take you through in a group for you to gain an insight into how you can attract more of what you want in life.
