Sejual's Corner - April 2007

For any one used to running their own business, the following will make sense: the need to set boundaries so that the 'baby' doesn't take over. I'm passionate about my business, because I believe in what I do. However, I realise that I also need some time off to channel my energies into tasks that are completely unrelated.

At Easter my partner and I made sure we switched off the computers and went for a bike ride, and out exploring the neighbouring countryside. And as of last week, if you live in Hertfordshire you may see us at Ceroc beginners classes as we stumble our way towards looking graceful! Thanks to Annett for sharing the classes with us. It's fun for a change to do something that is unrelated to therapy work!
