Sejual's Corner - January 2007

Like Janus the two-headed Roman God (his name lends itself to naming the first month of the year) I’ve been thinking about what I’ve achieved last year, and looking ahead to 2007.

I started my business in the middle of 2006 and had a wonderful time creating the feel of the practice I want to run – peaceful, compassionate, and focussed on results. I learnt new skills in web authoring thanks to my partner’s great tuition, I got to grips with being a startup and a jack of all trades in being a one-woman band! I’ve continued improving my knowledge by attending cutting edge seminars and conferences with masters in my areas of practice. My favourite was a weekend retreat located in the countryside of the South Downs learning Advanced Japanese Reiki techniques with Frank Arjava Petter and 30 others. Most importantly, I’ve gained a great deal of job satisfaction in helping the people I’ve worked with.

I’m starting 2007 off with a bang by attending a conference in the US! I’m really excited to be going to an international conference in Atlanta to learn more about the metaphysical Law of Attraction and training with EFT Master Carol Look. Whilst in the States I’m giving a talk on EFT and going to the mecca for all things crystal, the Tucson Rock and Mineral Show in Arizona. I look forward to sharing my new knowledge with you on my return.
