I'm a logical person with a scientific background and so was sceptical when Sejual offered EFT for a minor ailment - a runny nose that had been around for several weeks. I was very surprised when a few minutes of tapping eradicated my snuffles.

Since then we've worked on my motivation to train for triathlon competitions, and knee problems from old injuries. Over 8 sessions we tapped on related issues. My commitment to train has significantly improved. My confidence in tackling a very challenging part of the Tours de Flanders cycle race has rocketed up. The soreness I have had in both knees for more 20 years has simply melted away. My running is so much smoother than before the tapping. I'd recommend Sejual to other athletes for any physical and mental blocks that are holding them back from achieving their goals.
