I have benefited from sessions with Sejual - on the telephone, as well as in person - since 2013. Before I met her, I had taken EFT training, and with her another workshop too. So when we started doing individual sessions, I was already aware of the life-changing effects this technique can have.

Still, every so often and at varying intervals, Sejual has been my 'rock'. In her patient, gentle and impressively insightful way she has helped me through challenging times, including a difficult separation. Generally, I only call for one or two sessions at a time, sometimes a year apart, to help me understand underlying issues, release the emotional charge and refocus. I'm always amazed at how she gets to the core of things, gently, yet completely. I always come away feeling lighter yet stronger.

It feels great to know there is someone compassionate, neutral and skilled that I can call. Over the years I have become a much happier, confident and balanced person.
