I hired Sejual to coach me when I decided to move companies in order to progress along my career path. It was easy for me to get interviews, but I found confidence issues coming up that meant I wasn't being offered the job at first.

In between each interview we worked on my confidence so that I was clearer about the kind of work I want, what I have to offer and about making a strong impact. I went through 5 different interviews before being offered 2 exciting roles with different companies. With each interview experience I refined and defined what it is I wanted with Sejual's help.

Within a 2 month period I landed the perfect job. I'm working with colleagues who are a pleasure to be with because they have good communication skills and attitude, I'm being given healthy responsibility that looks like it's going to lead to early promotion, and I started my role with a 13% increase on salary than what I thought was possible before I was coached. All of this has been easy to attain and I'm still enjoying going into work several weeks into the job.
