Dear Sejual, I just wanted to say thank you for a brilliant EFT Level 1 course on Saturday. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a lot. You explained everything really clearly and put us at our ease. It was really nice to be in a small group and in a relaxed atmosphere which helped me a lot with my anxiety. I now feel I can put what I've learnt into practise and improve my health.
