Is it possible to feel worse after a session of EFT?

A person who loves my articles wrote to ask me the above question. In this video I give 3 reasons why yes it is possible because perhaps the person:

  • Pushed too hard to get through a traumatic memory;
  • Hadn’t drunk enough water; or
  • Did EFT when they were already physically tired.

I offer 2 specific remedies:

  • Approach self healing with EFT through the lens of gentle and compassionate care; and/or
  • Work with a good quality practitioner who will guide you along short cuts to make the journey easy.
