I took part in a Business Energetics group several months ago - it was a really enjoyable experience and I learnt a lot about myself and the business I am setting up. I think the biggest change that happened for me was around my relationship with money. I had quite a significant paradigm shift (which has been maintained in the months since) around generating income. In a nutshell, before the course I felt really conflicted about the idea of charging money for my services (a bit of a problem given that I wanted to earn a living from my business!). I now feel very comfortable with this side of things and I believe this shift was a really important one in order to make my business viable. As is always the case with Sejual's courses, the others in the group were lovely and the things they brought to the table also gave me insights into my own thinking.
