I joined Sejual’s Mastermind Group for Corporate EFT after reading one of her articles on the subject full of valuable practical tips and suggestions. I did some EFT sessions with Sejual on Skype. I had recently left a relationship and a job and was looking for a new departure, and to put an end to some long-standing compulsive habits.

Sejual ‘birthed’ my renewed self in the way a midwife would - with skill, encouragement and common sense. She is both a natural listener and a natural talker, and as a result she guides very skillfully through stormy and confused waters. Though much of the work was done by me, I'd not have been able to do it alone.

Since then, I have completely turned my life around. I met someone new, and am married for the first (and only!) time in my life; I am moving to a new country and have a strong sense of direction professionally and personally. Above all, I'm happy!

I would recommend Sejual unreservedly. The method she uses is simple, painless but sound, and her empathy is palpable.

I attended the EFT Spring Gathering in Birmingham recently and heard Sejual present on the topic of the Mindset to Taking EFT into Companies. I really enjoyed the ideas she shared and the quality of the presentation. The very next day I had an opportunity to put her valuable insights into practice.

I was in the steam room (of the Ramada Hotel) after an early morning Sunday swim when a well-spoken man formally started up a conversation (as you do) - and politely enquired if I was on holiday. I told him I was on the last day of a conference. He seemed interested to find out what it was about. I had a hunch that if I started talking about meridians and energy he might just find it bizarre and alienating. So I briefly asked about what he did before answering. He told me he was in finance management and began to tell me a bit about his work.

The day before Sejual had stressed the importance of finding appropriate language to use with different kinds of clients - I applied her approach. I adapted the words I used to explain EFT to this man in corporate senior management.

I told him how EFT is an effective technique that can reduce stress, and that it can benefit businesses and employers by strengthening performance rates and reducing anxieties. I explained a bit about how it works on the nerve endings and mentioned recent research (cortisol reduction!). I also said that it was widely used in the US and that there were quite a few people from the States and overseas attending the conference. He was completely engaged - and said he would definitely pick up some leaflets on his way out!

I wasn't touting for business myself - but had I been I think he would have been more than happy to have taken my card. And not once did mention of 'energy' or meridians pass my lips!

I was suffering from panic attacks and anxiety issues on public transport for several months before I came to see Sejual. I've just returned from a trip to New York and am delighted by the results of our work.

I felt totally calm before, during and after the flight. I was actually really excited to be taking this trip and I kept forgetting that I was even on a plane! I also ate most of the dinner which wasn't something I could have done before.

I felt totally chilled throughout the whole trip and did not feel anxious once. Even since I have returned home I feel more relaxed and positive. So thank you for all your help! It has certainly made a huge difference and I am definitely considering training in EFT some point in the near future.

After many years I finally decided to do Level 2. Feeling rather "out of touch" I met the other two ladies on the course. We had such an amazing weekend, so many different views/angles to share. Sejual deftly kept us on course and explained everything beautifully, any "sticky bits" were cleared as we went. Clarity and confidence were meted out and I look forward to returning for Share meetings to keep in touch. Sejual was very welcoming and soon had us feeling at ease; plus Andy makes great builders tea so what more could you ask for!

Very deep course on Reiki 2! I found it enjoyable, trustful, but above all held by a very good teacher who enjoys and believes in what she does, so that also the students get this feeling and confidence with themselves and future clients.

I have used Sejual on 2 occasions to speak at Viva Business Networking events. She recently ran a workshop for one of my events, co-hosted with Enterprising Women on how to overcome nerves when speaking in public using EFT techniques, she also covered tips on structuring a one minute presentation. This was delivered exceptionally well and was enjoyed by all who attended. There were also a number of people who felt they gained some great tips on overcoming nerves. Sejual is an excellent speaker and trainer and I would highly reccommend her. She is also very calm and organised!

I am not ashamed to say that my corporate career has largely been defined by my inability and lack of desire to participate in public speaking and presenting. Seated at a table of 50 I would have no issues, but ask me to stand in front of 2 and, in the past, I would have needed oxygen support! Of course I’ve been on all of the traditional presentation courses, but sadly to no avail!

I now work for myself as a marketing consultant and very quickly recognised the value of networking and therefore wished to actively participate in the meetings as much as I could in order to promote both myself and my business. I was also given opportunity to present at a training workshop on social media with Dot Future, previously a task which would have filled me with complete fear and dread and I would probably have declined!

I met Sejual at one of the Viva Networking meetings in Berkhamsted and very much warmed to her personality and the EFT technique. It was an easy decision to make an appointment and I am still astonished that it only took 2 sessions with Sejual for her to ‘cure’ me of my fears. As a result I have been able to seek out further opportunities for presentations and talks and find I thoroughly enjoy the experience, and I believe its helped with my overall self-confidence too. I have no hesitation in recommending Sejual and EFT and would actively encourage anyone to go and see her who suffers from any similar fears.

As a self-employed Therapist and Trainer, struggling to earn well, I was puzzled for years by my strange relationship with money. I seemed to attract clients who were ‘poor’. The women found it particularly hard to invest in themselves, as if they felt they were second-class or didn’t deserve my services. Worse still, the moment my income would rise I couldn’t hold on to the money, and felt impelled to let it go! In the days preceding our session I experienced an acute awareness of my tribal history, going back generations in Ireland. I connected with a Vow of Poverty taken when I was young.

Business Energetics definitely changed that image of who my ideal client is I think, feel and speak differently to potential clients now. I can assess more quickly who wants to work with me. The vow of poverty has been released. When visualising my schedule for the coming year, it’s exciting to believe in earning and owning a healthy bank balance. I definitely arrived at gaining useful insights thanks to Business Energetics. Sejual made it a gently empowering experience.
