I provide specialist help with achieving business goals, improving sports performance, quit smoking or other addictions, and resolving depression and anxieties.

You can find information on the complementary therapies I offer - Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Crystal healing. I have provided details on each therapy and on the way I work, to give you a flavour of what a treatment with me might be like.

I also provide Reiki training from beginner to teacher level in fun friendly classes or on a one to one basis on request.

My Harpenden practice is conveniently located for St Albans, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Welwyn, Hatfield, Berkhamsted, Hertford, Bedford, London and other places in Beds, Bucks, and Herts.

From there I offer a safe confidential space for the healing work I do with my clients. It's important to me that energy work we do is gentle whilst being efficient in achieving the results we've agreed to aim for. I offer support in whatever changes you are going through, whilst seeking to empower you with effective tools and techniques you can choose to work with in your own time to make the healing process more rapid.

I regularly work with people elsewhere in the world by telephone, Skype phone or webcam. To date, I have worked with people in Europe (not including the UK), North America, Asia and Africa.
