I had had a driving licence since the age of twenty one but never felt comfortable. Feeling desperate thought sceptical I tried EFT with Sejual. With hindsight I now know it was the very best investment in myself I could have made.
I found Sejual to be a very pleasant young woman who immediately put me at my ease. It was clear to me she is highly intelligent, intuitive and wise beyond her years. Her listening skills are excellent and her attention is very focused. She’s able to pull together elusive and obscure strands of conflict in a problem for their resolution and healing.
From my first session I witnessed my deep seated fears loosen their grip on me, disintegrate and dissolve into thin air. I now have a sense of achievement when I drive my car as I feel I belong on the road!

Sejual Shah provided a week long series of Time and Stress Management workshops with EFT under an EU Twinning Phare project at the Romanian Competition Council. During the week she also ran one to one clinics for staff to help them with practical problem solving. She was professional, engaging in her style of presentation, and taught effective cutting edge tools to groups that included high ranking directors. Staff commented that they were surprised and delighted at how practical the workshops were.
Sejual balanced her presentations, mixing theory with results-oriented work so that staff have a self help technique they can use to improve their performance. This results-focused approach to training is what workplaces have been seeking for many years. Sejual's commitment to provide ongoing support to staff demonstrates her desire and ability to help people make more of their careers.
I look forward to involving Sejual on future projects as I think this type of training has the ability to transform workplaces and make them more effective and enjoyable places to be.

Sejual has been running Stress Management with EFT workshops for The Watford Women's Centre over the past 2 years. The benefit to the Centre has been that we are able to offer this activity to small groups of women at no cost to them and enhance our programme of personal development and leisure activities. The flexible and inclusive way that Sejual works means that the sessions are suitable for women new to using her techniques as well as practice for those who have attended before. From evaluation forms collected after sessions, all women were either 'very satisfied' or 'satisfied' with the tutor, content and handouts. Many said they would recommend it to friends and that it improved motivation and confidence. Some quotes recorded from attendees are: 'tutor excellent', 'course is fantastic', 'interesting', 'helpful', and 'very good'.

I was really struggling with EFT on my own and was close to quitting. But I took the step of having a session (two now) with Sejual. Having read Gary Craig's EFT manual, I first went to see Sejual to get some help with clearing a couple of minor issues. Or so I thought! Under her expert guidance, a whole load of emotional and mental baggage was unearthed and then cleared, leaving me feeling much more positive about the future. Sejual has the ability to go straight to the core of what often appears to be a complex and unintelligable problem. She also has a number of useful tools at her disposal, meaning that she is never at a loss for how to deal with an issue.
