Reiki Share, Harpenden
Mon 20 February, 7.30pm, £5
The share is open to those already attuned to all types of Reiki and all lineages. We'll chat about a topic concerning Reiki, enjoy a meditation, and receive and give Reiki treatments in small groups. There'll be an opportunity to ask questions, share thoughts and develop our Reiki knowledge. We meet as a group to continue our learning about Reiki, healing and spiritual growth no matter what level of Reiki we have trained to. If the share is fully booked for this month or you can't make this one, please note in your diary the next one will be on Monday 20 February 2012 at 7.30 pm.
EFT Level 1, Harpenden
Sat 3 March 2012, 10am - 5pm £95
This is a practical and fun course for beginners. It will enable you to start developing ways in which to help yourself with your tapping. The course is with an AAMET approved trainer. Here are the topics what we will cover:
• History and background of EFT
• Thoughts on how EFT works
• The Discovery Statement

• Psychological Reversal
• Full Basic Recipe and the shorter version
• Movie Technique for releasing negative memories
• The Personal Peace Procedure

The day will include watching demos to help you see EFT at work. You'll also get plenty of opportunities to gain experience of EFT working for you whilst in a safe and nurturing environment.
With this level of knowledge you'll be able to start helping yourself. However, this course does not qualify you to use it as a practitioner on others. To carry on to Level 2 training you will need to have attended a Level 1 course.

EFT for Money Worries, Harpenden

Some people are drawn to EFT to help them with their outlook on financial issues. They may be inspired by ideas from the field of knowledge called the Law of Attraction. However, on their journey they realise that they have much negative programming on the topic.
Financial success comes from an inner belief in yourself and confidence. EFT is excellent at nurturing these qualities by stripping away the fears and negative beliefs that we have built up around the topic.
This course is designed to develop your skill in EFT learnt during the Level 1 training. I think it's important to develop your confidence in using your basic knowledge gathered on the beginners training by applying the tool. During the day you'll get further practice to deepen your skill in helping yourself and so that you clear key issues that are holding you back from thriving.
In this course, we will cover in playful and meaningful ways:
- Limiting money beliefs learnt from our parents
- The impact of key money milestones, e.g. pocket money, first salary, debt
- How you react to different forms and sums of money. E.g. cash, cheques, bank statements.
- How to start allowing money into your experience
- A scale of emotions to guide you in your response to money
- Money ceilings and goals
We will spend time helping you practice your beginner EFT skills, and helping you clear old emotional baggage on the topic of money.
This course won't resolve your money problems in one day. However, you'll deepen your work with EFT to start making fast incremental progress to being more at ease with money. This will allow you to create it more effectively than you've ever done. Most importantly, you'll begin making peace with money to be able to enjoy life. This is a quality that many lack regardless of their level of earning power. You'll be on the path to a better quality of life as you lay old fears to rest.

Now you’re having fun with EFT and getting great results at times. But other times you may be feeling lost in the emotional forest. You are perhaps wondering where to start, which ‘trees’ to target, and which approach is best to use.
Whether you’re looking to achieve Practitioner status or simply want to extend your skills for personal use on yourself, family and friends, come along and have some fun trying out additional ways of applying EFT in a supportive learning environment with other EFT enthusiasts.

Reiki Level 1 Training

Join me to start your Usui Reiki journey into healing and greater self development. This two day course will cover key areas of knowledge to empower you into working with Reiki to benefit your health and well-being. You will receive clear practical guidance on how to work with this beautiful healing system and how it can further your spiritual growth. You will receive 4 attunements connecting you with Reiki energy, a manual with comprehensive notes for this level and a certificate of attendance.
I teach Reiki in a small friendly group of a maximum of 4 people to ensure that there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions that are important to you whilst at the same time allowing for thought provoking discussion. Do you find making decisions in your business complicated?

Over the past 3 years Sejual Shah, together with American colleague Paul Zelizer, have developed a sophisticated and easy to learn technology called Business Energetics. Sharing this tool with their clients has brought new levels of growth and success to many businesses and careers.
The remarkable thing is the level of ease that people report in their work.
What is this technology?
Business Energetics is an advanced form of EFT that draws on inspiration from German psychotherapy tool Family Constellations. It is a way of tapping into the wisdom that flows through businesses to identify where a challenge stems from. This wisdom comes from the client rather than the therapist. How empowering is it to know that you carry the answers to your problems?
Traditionally in EFT we would tap on the worry about client flow, the procrastination in doing marketing etc. This ‘fix-the-problem’ approach works. However, it also feels incomplete as it misses out the growth potential of where we want to go. Businesses grow easily where they’re accompanied by an expansive vision of what we want more of, rather than just looking backwards at what went wrong. With Business Energetics we develop that vision at a vibrational level. Solutions tend to come together naturally after a session.
The fix-the-problem approach also ignores the most important component of any business or career – nurturing healthy relationships. In Business Energetics we draw a simple map of relationships involving you and others. By looking at the map we can identify where a relationship is tangled. It is then easy to use EFT to evolve this situation.
Who is this workshop for?

With Business Energetics we’re able to look at the key issues facing a person in any one of these groups because we’re looking at the state of their relationships. Reiki Level 2 Training

Deepen your knowledge and experience of Reiki with this two day course to the intermediate level. You will receive 2 further attunements which will enable you to work with a greater strength of Reiki energy, a manual with comprehensive notes for this level and a certificate of attendance. You will also be instructed in working with sacred symbols to help you provide healing energy more effectively and distantly.
