Crystal healing

Crystal healing works with the energy of specific crystals to clear energy blockages in the physical body and the mental, emotional and spiritual parts of an individual.  The application of crystals to the body helps to re-establish balance and thus allows the body the optimum opportunity of healing itself.  It works through the application of resonance, i.e. applying one vibrating substance to change the frequency of another, thereby bringing the affected part of the body into balance. 

A crystal healing session normally creates a great sense of relaxation and well-being in the client.  It alleviates tension and stress caused by the demands of today’s hectic living and aids in bringing relief to our mental, emotional and physical selves.

During the session the client either lies or sits fully clothed whilst being treated.
