Hi, my name is Sejual Shah. Since childhood I have been fascinated by complementary medicine.  I would intuitively relieve family members of headaches and other minor ailments with gentle touch bringing them surprising relief from pain.  My family would where possible use ancient forms of healing and herbal knowledge to improve our health, although we were happy to consult with our GP where appropriate.

In the years that followed I trained as a lawyer and successfully worked in the City of London and Brussels as a barrister for five years.  However, a chance experience with Reiki reminded me of my early interest in healing techniques.  I have retrained to now professionally practice three therapies that I have had significant results with, and seen others to measurably benefit from whilst in my care.

I aim to help my clients improve their health by releasing blockages in the body and mind, as well as enable them to better achieve their goals in both their working life and leisure time. I choose to work with tried and tested techniques that are gentle, efficient and effective.

I am fluent in French and Gujarati and can work in these languages whilst providing either Emotional Freedom Techniques therapy or Reiki training.

With my experience in the corporate world I am also interested in bringing practical solutions to teams working in high stress organisations where inter-personal problems can get in the way of getting the job done easily and sensibly.
